
Grants are not transferrable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash except as determined by the Promoter.In the event a successful application’s position has changed, or in the opinion of the Promoter the reasons for the grant are no longer necessary in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to reassess grant or cancel the grant.The Promoter’s decision and the decision of the judges is final on all matters relating to the Promotion including applications, the nature of any contributions awarded, the successful winners and their delivery.In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact a successful applicant after three attempts, that applicant will forfeit the grant and the judges will select another successful application in their place. False, misleading or inappropriate applications will be disqualified. The applicant must be authorised by their club, school or team to make the application on its behalf. Participants applying on behalf of a club, school or team may only submit one application per club, school or team. Applications containing any offensive or inappropriate content, in the opinion of the Promoter, will not be approved for publication on the ANZ Cricket World website. Instructions on uploading these with the application are available and form part of the application form. Applications can be supported by submitting photos or a video. Applications must include a statement of less than 500 words setting out the reason for the application and why it deserves a grant. To make an application, participants must complete the online application form available through the ANZ Cricket World website ( .nz). For example if the application is for 10 Cricket Balls ANZ may choose to buy the Cricket balls. It is at ANZ’s sole discretion the form in which the grant will be made. The Promotion provides an opportunity for participants to submit an application to ANZ Cricket World for a grant to help buy Cricket related items, services and/or funding to help clubs and teams get back to the game of Cricket. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any club, school, team or individual that has applied for an ANZ Grant before is still eligible for this promotion. However, applicants under the age of 18 will need to provide contact details for a parent or guardian. The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents. The ANZ “Cricket Grant” Promotion (the “Promotion”) commences at 9.00am on 18 October 2021 with the last time for submitting applications being 11.59pm on 18 March 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
